Materials Integrity Management:
Our team of materials and integrity engineers and data scientists provides data-centric and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-assisted materials integrity management services to the oil and gas industry. Our AI software enables our clients to manage their materials and corrosion challenges by establishing/evaluating their Integrity Operating Windows (IOW)/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and proactive inspection, maintenance, and failure prediction.
We identify the operators’ pressing technical challenges in the areas of corrosion, scaling, microbiologically influenced corrosion (MIC), and environmental cracking and provide mitigation strategies, which will help with:
- reducing inspection plans
- optimizing corrosion control chemicals
- reducing unplanned production deferment
- lowering maintenance costs, and
