Tesfa leads Genesis Data Solutions with a vision to advance corrosion risk assessment and integrity managementthrough innovation, engineering expertise, and AI-driven intelligence. As Founder & CEO, he drives the company’s growth as a tech-enabled materials corrosion and integrity management consultancy, powered by the AI-ACRIM+ platform.

Accomplishments

With over 21 years of experience across government research centers, private consulting, and academia, Tesfa has built a strong track record in engineering innovation and leadership. He has led the development of advanced corrosion and integrity solutions, combining engineering science with AI-driven analytics to address complex industrial challenges.


At Genesis, Tesfa has been instrumental in positioning the company as a leader in AI-powered corrosion intelligence, enabling organizations to reduce risk, improve system reliability, and optimize performance. His leadership emphasizes practical solutions, sustainability, and operational excellence—delivering measurable value across industries.
